This page explains how returns, problems with orders and damaged items are handled for purchases from Wheel-Cap.
As products are custom-made to your selected colours and measurements, returns for change of mind may not be accepted once production has started.
If your order arrives damaged, defective or materially different from what you ordered, please contact info@wheel-cap.com as soon as possible with your order details and clear photos.
Where a product has been made using measurements supplied by the customer, we may not be able to offer a refund or replacement if those measurements were incorrect.
Please email info@wheel-cap.com with your name, order details and the issue. We will review the problem and reply with the next steps.
This policy does not affect your legal rights under UK consumer protection law.
